In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, nuztar may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

nuztar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on nuztar are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). nuztar does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency or digital asset.
nuztar offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
nuztar reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

nuztar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification, subject to the original promotion terms.
Each game available on nuztar is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. nuztar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nuztar account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nuztar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

You may close your nuztar account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
nuztar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where nuztar has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where required to do so by a regulatory authority. In such cases, nuztar may withhold any balance pending investigation.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use nuztar's services will immediately cease. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of nuztar's services, you should first contact our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly. Please provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant transaction references.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by our support team within fourteen (14) days, you may escalate the matter to nuztar's compliance department. nuztar will provide a final written response within thirty (30) days of receiving an escalated complaint.
If you remain dissatisfied following nuztar's final response, you may refer your complaint to PAGCOR or such other competent Philippine regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over the matter.
💡 Game Round Disputes: All disputes regarding the outcome of a specific game round must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the round in question. nuztar's server logs constitute the definitive record of all game activity and shall be used to resolve any such disputes.
nuztar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nuztar will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of nuztar following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, will always be accessible on this page.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
